Converting a ranch home into a modern sleek design in one of Phoenix’s most desirable neighborhoods requires careful attention to detail and a knowledge of traditional construction techniques. The kitchen in this home was repositioned from the back of the house and moved to the front facing windows. The floor plan was opened up for a modern kitchen, dining and living room experience with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The Master bedroom was expanded to create an ensuite with a private patio. A second master suite was added by converting the existing garage. A new 3 car garage was also added.
